PRINTING LOGOS AND OTHER COPYRIGHT MATERIAL

Please note that we are not legally able to print illustrations that contain materials such as logos or characters of which we do not own the rights. For example, we can not print an illustration that contains the Coca-Cola logo. Thanks for your understanding.

IF I ORDER A PRINT ALONG WITH THE DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION, CAN I REVIEW THE PICTURE FIRST BEFORE IT GETS PRINTED?

Absolutely! We will send it to your email once completed. If you are satisfied with the drawing, you may approve the order and we'll then get started with your merchandise order fulfillment.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO PRINT WITH YOU?

Below is a list of our available merchandise items along with their size and price.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once we receive your order. Please be advised that orders will have to be fulfilled first before handling them to carriers for shipment. It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill orders. Your selected shipping method only starts counting once the fulfillment is completed. Our average shipping time for US orders is 4 business days depending on the order's destination. International orders shipment may take 5-20 business days.

HOW DO YOU SHIP FRAMED POSTERS FOR NON-US ADDRESSES?

As we like to ensure the quality of the frame and the poster, we usually ship the poster and frame unmounted but together in a package for non-US addresses. The poster is securely put in a cardboard envelope that can be confused with the cardboard liner that protects the frame. Please ensure to double-check the package received.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of this product being custom, we do not accept returns other than when the product is damaged or incorrectly printed. Please note that incorrectly printed means that the product has been printed differently from the mockup photo provided upon the completion of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Replacement claims for damaged items received should be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages that are lost in transit, claims should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims filed beyond the given timeframe are considered invalid and will not qualify a free replacement.

DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING?

We offer bulk pricing on a very limited basis. Please email merch@turnedyellow.com if you are interested in buying 7+ pieces.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We sure do! We ship worldwide for all our merchandise items.
